FAITH-BASED | SUPPORT RAISING WITH SOME BENEFITS | START DATE: 2026-27 School Year | The Head of School (HoS) is the school's chief executive officer (CEO). The HoS is responsible to carry out all aspects of the school’s purposes, educational objectives, and policies, as established by the Board and as reflected in the International Academy Bylaws. To develop internal administrative policy in agreement with the school's philosophy, mission, values, and goals. The Head of School is directly accountable to and evaluated by the President of International Academy Saint Petersburg. The Head of School leads the International Academy business administrative team, the academic administrative team, and the domestic legal owner organization team.

INTERNATIONAL | SALARIED PLUS BENEFITS | START DATE: September 2026 (Earlier preferred) | The Principal (Head) is the chief administrator of the school, responsible for overseeing policies, programs, curriculum activities, facility operations, and the school’s budget. The Principal must effectively communicate the school’s vision and goals to both parents and students. Additionally, the Principal is expected to collaborate with the administrative team, support and guide all staff members, and maintain positive relationships with the Ministry of Education.

FAITH-BASED | SALARIED PLUS BENEFITS | START DATE: July 1, 2026 | With a focus on providing strategic financial and business management oversight, the CFOO will also oversee the school's operations, which include human resources, IT, facilities, food service, and health services. The CFOO will support the Superintendent in driving strategic aspects of the school to enable students and staff to develop their God-given gifts for Christ-like service in the world community.
