Job Summary & Description
Dr. David A. Wells and the GLOBAL School Consulting Group are pleased to partner with the Board of Directors of Holy Land Ministries (HLM) in the search for a strong Christian leader to serve as the next Executive Director of their schools.

The role of Executive Director is a missionary position, with some benefits provided by the ministry combined with missionary support raised by the individual.

Holy Land Ministries exists “to glorify God and provide an excellent education in the heart of the Holy Land” through the operation of two Christian Schools, one in Hebron and the other in Bethlehem, both located in what is often referred to as Palestine. HLM’s involvement in the region began in 1954 with the founding of the Hebron Home & School. This school was established with an orphanage for boys, but over the years has evolved into a Christian elementary school for boys and girls. Arabic is the language of instruction and the curriculum is provided by the Palestinian Ministry of Education. The Bethlehem Christian Academy opened in 2014, and operates under the authority of the Palestinian Ministry of Education, using American curriculum and English as the language of Instruction. Both schools are committed to “bringing the truth of the Gospel message to our students through the ministry of providing outstanding education.”

Duties & Responsibilities
The Executive Director of HLM Schools serves Holy Land Ministries Ind., a U.S. based non-profit organization. The position responsibilities include maintaining the ministry vision, functional management, financial responsibility, and accountability to the U.S. based Board of Directors. Operationally, the Executive Director is responsible for the supervision of the principals, academic director, operations director, and accountant, and must meet all legal requirements of local authorities and government agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will be someone who shares HLM’s vision, has demonstrated experience in leadership, and is willing to make a long-term commitment. This is a missionary position and the Executive Director must raise their own support. It is strongly preferred that the candidate have an understanding of and experience in Arab culture, some knowledge of Arabic, experience in finance and budgeting, background in an educational environment, and capability to raise funds. Biblical training and basic computer skills are required, as well as a minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, although a master’s in business administration, theology, or education is preferred. The candidate will have leadership experience in administration, teaching experience in a school or church setting, and experience in working in a cross-cultural context. They will have leadership and communication schools, and will be a person of strong faith, reflecting personal integrity and a heart for ministry.

Mrs. Hill brings seventeen years in Tanzania, including seven at HOPAC as a Middle and Senior School English teacher, where she has developed the school's IGCSE Literature curriculum and built a reputation as a trusted, informal leader among students, staff, and parents alike.  Before joining HOPAC, Mrs. Hill spent fifteen years with Pioneer Bible Translators as a Literacy Consultant, developing mother-tongue literacy curricula and training literacy workers and teachers across language projects, alongside earlier classroom experience in Texas public schools. At HOPAC, her impact has extended well beyond the classroom: she has coached the World Scholar's Cup program, sponsored TEDx Youth, led mentor groups, served on the Child Safety Team, and led professional development for faculty, work that earned her a peer-nominated Teacher of the Year honor. She holds a BA in Bible, Missions, and Ministry from Abilene Christian University and postgraduate teacher certification from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Hill's approach to teaching is grounded in the conviction that every student carries the image of God within them, and that the classroom exists to equip them, in the fullest sense, to become their best selves. GLOBAL School Searches is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter "Kip" Korir as Senior School Principal at Haven of Peace Academy (HOPAC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Mr. Korir has served HOPAC since 2023, most recently as Assistant Principal for Academics, where he led academic systems and curriculum implementation across the secondary division and directed the school's recent accreditation preparations. A mathematics and science educator by training, Mr. Korir brings a decade of international school experience spanning Kenya and Tanzania, including a term as Director of Studies at Brookside International School, where he helped lead the school's accreditation as a Cambridge International Centre. He holds a Bachelor of Education Science from Egerton University and is known for his calm, collaborative leadership style and his deep commitment to student growth. Mr. Korir's leadership philosophy is rooted in a conviction that every student is made in the image of God, and that this truth should shape how learning is approached in every subject. GLOBAL School Searches and the GLOBAL School Consulting Group are pleased to join the Board of Escuela Internacional Sampedrana in announcing the appointment of Dr. Colin Brown as the school's new Superintendent. Dr. Brown, selected from among several highly qualified international school leaders, began his service at EIS for the 2025-26 school year. He brings twenty-eight years in education, including ten as a head of school, and two decades of international experience across Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Dr. Brown came to EIS from the American School in Taichung, Taiwan, where he served as Head of School from 2020 to 2024 and led a strategic plan that lifted enrolment to its highest level in the school's history while strengthening academic results and faculty retention. He previously served as Director of the International School of Sosua in the Dominican Republic, and earlier as a principal and director at international schools in Vietnam, Hungary, Guatemala, and China. He is a certified WASC chair and Cognia lead evaluator who has served on accreditation teams across four continents, and he founded the East Asia Pacific International Schools Association and the Taiwan Educator Recruiting Fair. A published author on school leadership and a mentor with AISH and EARCOS, Dr. Brown holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, along with IBDP certification for heads of school.
