PACA is a Christ-centered international school in São Paulo, Brazil, serving local and international families since 1960. Dedicated to “nourishing hearts, developing minds, and educating for eternity,” PACA combines academic excellence with biblical values and servant leadership. Candidate Profile
- Preferred candidates should have the following:
- Theological/spiritual perspective following the PACA Statement of Faith.
- Professional growth and self-improvement concerning school activities and American-Brazilian culture.
- Ethical behavior aligned with the academy's standards. Adheres to school policies, procedures, and philosophy and abides by Brazilian educational, finance, and contract law.
- Fosters parent relations while promoting the well-being of the school in all conversations.
- Personal qualities: projects a positive attitude, cooperates with administration and colleagues in an ideal manner, and demonstrates responsibility.
General Responsibilities
- Leadership in all school issues.
- Administration, organization and supervision of all school interests.
- Promotion of positive school, community, and staff relations
Qualifications
- Theological/spiritual perspective in accordance with the PACA Statement of Faith.
- Bachelor’s degree in education (or equivalent).
- Teaching experience (2 years).
- Master’s degree in education.
- Experience in an administrative or supervisory role (5 years).
- Portuguese or Spanish as second language (desirable).
- International experience.
